Artisanal Returns & Care
We want your hand-milled Austin decor to bring warmth to your home for years to come.
Standard non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your wooden decor must be in the same artisanal condition you received it, unused and in original packaging.
To start a return, please send a note to our workshop team. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt at our Texas studio. We will credit your original payment method. Please note that personalized engravings and holiday-specific porch signs are final sale.
Texas Wood Care Guide:
To keep your outdoor yard art and holiday signs vibrant in the Texas sun:
Display signs in covered porch areas to avoid direct rain and harsh UV rays.
Dust crystal-infused areas with a soft, dry brush to maintain their clarity.
Specific items excluded from returns:
Custom woodworking made to your specific size or text requirements.
Holiday-themed yard art purchased during the active seasonal window.
Candle holders that have been used or contain melted wax residue.
One-of-a-kind gallery pieces featuring specific raw gemstones or crystal clusters.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of outdoor weathering or improper care at our discretion.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks. Please pack securely to prevent wood splitting in transit.
Austin, TX Workshop
We recommend using a trackable courier for your return. We cannot guarantee a refund for items lost or damaged during the journey back to our studio without proof of delivery.
Gifts:
If the item was a gift, you will receive a digital credit for our shop. Once the item is safely back in Austin, a gift certificate will be emailed to you to choose a new custom treasure.
If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. We can provide care advice to any recipient to ensure their gift lasts a lifetime.
